1. Product Description and Purpose

The QFS Card is a strictly conceptual physical prototype created for the purpose of testing, exploration, and appreciation of futuristic design concepts. It is not a functional financial product, nor is it associated with any financial institution. The QFS Card has no transactional or operational capabilities and cannot be used as a debit card, credit card, or payment instrument.

The primary purpose of the QFS Card is to serve as a physical design collectible for those interested in futuristic aesthetics. Any resemblance to a payment card is purely for design inspiration and does not imply actual functionality.

2. No Financial Use or Functionality

By purchasing or using the QFS Card, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The QFS Card is not a payment card and holds no financial value.

  • It cannot be used for any financial transactions, including but not limited to withdrawing funds, making purchases, or accessing banking services.

  • The QFS Card is a non-functional prototype, sold purely for aesthetic and sampling purposes.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We offer express delivery of the QFS Card within 3 business days of purchase. In cases of high order volume, delivery may take up to one week. While we strive to deliver your product on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

3.1 Shipping Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the product once it has been shipped.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and materials associated with the QFS Card are the intellectual property of getqfscard.com. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or publication of any content related to the QFS Card is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the QFS Card "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. By purchasing the QFS Card, you agree that getqfscard.com shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the product.

  • Any claims related to the aesthetic or conceptual nature of the QFS Card.

  • Any unauthorized attempts to use the QFS Card as a functioning payment instrument.

6. No Affiliation with Financial Institutions

The QFS Card is not affiliated with any bank, credit institution, or payment service provider. It is not a licensed financial product, and any suggestions to the contrary are false.

7. User Responsibility

By purchasing the QFS Card, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose as a conceptual, design-focused product. You acknowledge and accept that any attempt to use the QFS Card as a payment card is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Refunds and Returns

Given the conceptual nature of the QFS Card, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged upon delivery. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product if you experience any issues.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless getqfscard.com from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use or misuse of the QFS Card, including but not limited to unauthorized attempts to use the card as a financial product.
